Return policy
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If you have received the item for more than 30 days, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
The premise is that your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and have a label inside the original packaging.
There is no charge for returns, but you must bear the cost of shipping the return.
Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you via email. It may take up to five business days after package delivery to process your return.

Please note that partial refunds may be granted depending on the circumstances. For example, if we find that a product has not been returned in its original packaging, or parts have been lost for reasons other than our error.
Refunds and exchanges
If the item is defective or damaged, we will refund it. Before beginning the refund process, please send photos of defective or damaged products to sales@hisfreetime.com. We will then give you all the necessary instructions to return the product.
Once we have received and reviewed the return, we will send you an email confirming that we have indeed received the return. We will also inform you of our decision on whether to approve or deny your refund request.
If your application is approved, you must choose between credit on the website, returning the new product, or charging the refund to your credit card (or original payment method).
Please note that in some special cases, a replenishment fee may apply.
Return charge
For the return of any product, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return value is $29 or more, we strongly recommend that you consider using a tracking or insured delivery service. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and we are not liable for loss or theft.

Late payment or non-payment
There may be some time between our confirmation of the refund and receipt of the refund into your bank account. If you have not received your refund, please re-check your bank account first. Then contact the card issuer. Finally, if your refund doesn’t show up after a few days, contact your bank.
